Objective To understand the physical condition of middle-aged and young staffs

which providing effective basis for improving medical and healthy care in universities.Method The test resulted from 1 597middle-aged and young staffs who took part in the physical examination.Results The top 3diseases for middle-aged and young staffs were Hyperlipaemia

Fatty liver and Hypertension

with the disease rate of 23.54%

22.92%and 20.60%respectively.The disease rate of 5common diseases for middle-aged and young male staffs was higher than that of those female staffs（P<0.05）;the disease rate tended to enhance with increasing age（P<0.05）.Conclusion The health condition for middle-aged and young staffs does not look good.The prevalence of chronic disease increases year by year and patients’age inclines to the young.
