Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method 55 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University

were randomly divided into control group of 25 cases and observation group of 30 cases.Patients in the control group were received routine nursing and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and complications were compared.Results The recovery time of enterokinesia and the exsufflation time in the control group were（14.2±3.7）days and（32.8±5.6）days

those of the observation group were（8.3±2.4）days and（23.7±4.1）days and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of complications was 13.3%in the observation group

that of the control group was32.0%and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can accelerate the speed of its recovery of gastrointestinal function and effectively control the incidence of complications.
