钠葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2（SGLT2）抑制剂是近年来降糖药研究的新热点

其通过抑制肾小管上皮细胞内的主要血糖转运蛋白SGLT2

降低肾小管对葡萄糖的重吸收

从而降低血浆内葡萄糖。临床试验表明新型SGLT2抑制剂Empagliflozin具有良好的降糖效果

能显著降低空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）

还能显著降低血压和体重

有较好的临床应用前景。

Sodium glucose-assisted SGLT2inhibitor is a new hot spot of research on anti-diabetic drugs in recent years.Through suppressing SGLT2

the main blood glucose transporter in the epithelial cells of kidney tubules and hence reducing the re-absorption of glucose by kidney tubules

it serves to lower the amount of glucose inside blood serum.Clinical tests have shown that Empagliflozin

as a new type of SGLT2inhibitor

has a rather good effect on lowering the blood glucose level

and is able to induce a marked decrease of FPG and HbA1c

as well as one’s blood pressure and body weight and is expected to have a bright prospect for clinical application.
