摘要

目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）患者的临床护理方法。方法回顾性分析某医院2010年7月-2012年6月接收的14例SAP患者的临床资料和护理措施。结果经精心护理后

痊愈患者10例（71.43%）

死亡患者4例（28.57%）。结论对SAP患者采取良好的护理措施

能更好地保证治疗效果

减少患者死亡率

促进患者早期康复。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the clinical methods for nursing patients with severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）.Method Clinical data and nursing measures of 14cases of patients with SAP received in a certain hospital from July

2010to June

2012were retrospectively analyzed.Results After meticulous nursing

there were 10cases of patients who were cured（71.43%）and 4cases of patients were dead（28.57%）.Conclusion Proper nursing measures given to patients with SAP can ensure better curative effects

reducing mortality rate in patients and promoting their early recovery.
