Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of laparoscope and abdominal repair on peptic ulcer perforation

and discuss the optimal therapy on peptic ulcer perforation.Method To select 30cases of patients of peptic ulcer perforation having undergone abdominal surgery（the comparison group）and another 30 cases of patients of the same disease having received laparoscopic repair（the observation group）admitted to our hospital from December 2009to November 2012

and to compare indexes such as the time of surgery

the amount of bleeding during surgery

post-surgery pain grading

and post-surgical complications of the two groups.Results The time of surgery

the amount of bleeding during surgery

and the post-surgery pain grading of the comparison group were markedly higher than those of the observation group（P<0.05）.The observation group was also superior to the comparison group in regard to the post-surgical complications（P<0. 01）.Conclusion Compared with the existing abdominal surgery

the laparoscopic repair reduces the surgical wounds

the time of surgical operation

the amount of bleeding in surgery

and the occurrence of post-surgical complications.It also diminishes the post-surgical pain and facilitates the patients′recovery after surgeries

hence it is worth clinical promotion and application.
