Objective To observe the clinical effect of policresulen solution in the treatment of cervical erosion. Method 150cases of patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 75cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated using policresulen solution and another 75cases were treated using compound zedoary turmeric oil suppository.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.7%and curative rate was 70.7%;total effective rate in the control group was 86.70%and curative rate was 35.3%.Curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05）.Improvement rate of clinical symptoms such as profuse leucorrhea

sore and aching waist

lower abdominal bulge and contact bleeding after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.05）.Conclusion Policresulen solution is a safe and reliable method in treating cervical erosion with good curative effect and high curative rate.
