摘要

目的探讨大学新生军训期间发生晕厥的原因。方法对云南艺术学院2010年大学新生军训期间发生晕厥的54例患者进行回顾性分析。结果由于训练强度大导致晕厥的有12例

占22.2%;由于站军姿导致晕厥的有21例

占38.2%;由于未进食导致晕厥的有9例

占16.7%;由于天气炎热导致晕厥的有7例

占13.0%;由于环境不适应导致晕厥的有5例

占9.5%。结论训练强度大、站军姿、未进食和天气炎热是导致军训期发生晕厥的重要原因

应注意预防和及时救治。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the cause of apsychia in freshmen during military training.Method 54cases of faint freshmen during military training of Yunnan Arts University in 2010were analyzed retrospectively. Results Apsychia in 12cases was caused by intensive training

accounted for 22.2%;21cases by practice of standing apose of soldier

accounted for 38.2%;9cases by not eating accounted for 16.7%;7cases by hot weather accounted for 13.0%;and 5cases by unconformable environment accounted for 9.5%.Conclusion Intensive training

not eating anything and hot weather are major causes of apsychia in military training and apsychia shall be prevented and treated in time.
