Objective To probe into the CT appearance and diagnostic value of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma（IHPCC）.Method 60patients with IHPCC were randomly selected and their CT appearance was analyzed.Results Lesions of all patients were shown as uneven and low-density image on plain CT scan. After enhanced scan

most lesions in the splenicartery phase were not enhanced

and most lesions in the venous phase were enhanced on at medium-low speed.When the lesions were scanned with delayed scan

ever-increasing irregular enhancement were seen in 36cases;images of relatively high density were seen in 32cases and relatively low density in 15cases as well as equidensity in 13cases.Partial liver capsule in the lesions may have retraction and intrahepatic duct around the lesions may have expansion and stone.Conclusion CT appearance of IHPCC has certain characteristics

which is of great value in the diagnosis of this disease.
