摘要

目的探讨小麻油在婴幼儿尿布疹护理中的应用效果。方法 80例尿布疹患儿随机分2组

实验组用小麻油轻涂患处

对照组用强生牌护臀霜涂擦患处

3d后进行疗效评定。结果实验组总有效率为100%

高于对照组的总有效率75.0%

差异有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论小麻油在婴幼儿尿布疹护理中疗效确切

而且操作简单

经济实用。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the application effect of Sesame oil in treating baby diaper rash.Method 80 cases of babies with diaper rash were divided into two groups randomly.The infected parts in the experimental group were greased with sesame oil and the infected parts in the control group were greased with Johnson’s baby cream for diaper rash.And the curative effect was evaluated after three days.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%

which was higher than that in the control group

75.0%

and the differences were statistically significant（p<0.01）.Conclusion Sesame oil has outstanding curative effects in treating baby diaper rash and it is simple to use

so it is economical and practical.
