摘要

目的探讨健康体检中甲状腺检查的方法。方法对657名教职工采用触诊法和超声法进行甲状腺检查

比较2种方法在甲状腺结节检出率上的差异。结果触诊法检查甲状腺结节检出率为6.39%

超声法检查检出率为37.75%

后者检出率高于前者

差异有统计学意义（χ2=187.772

p<0.01）。结论甲状腺超声检查是一种简便、有效、准确的检查方法

应该作为健康体检中甲状腺检查的首选方法。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the method of examining thyroid in health examination.Method Thyroid of 657 teachers and staff members were examined with palpation method and ultrasonic method

and differences in detection rate of thyroid nodule between the two methods were compared.Results The detection rate of thyroid nodule with palpation method was 6.39% and that in examination with ultrasonic method was 37.75%.The detection rate with the latter method was higher than that with the former method and the differences were statistically significant（χ2=187.772

p<0.01）.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination is a simple

effective and accurate method in the examination of thyroid

which should be a preferred method of examining thyroid in the health examination.
