摘要

目的探讨经皮附睾穿刺取精术（PESA）在梗阻性无精子症患者中的诊断价值。方法采用PESA对94例无精子症患者进行诊断性穿刺

观察穿刺效果。有精子者为PESA穿刺阳性。结果无精子症患者的PESA穿刺阳性率为77.7%

睾丸体积≥12 mL患者PESA穿刺阳性率高于睾丸体积<12 mL患者（p<0.01）;FSH≤11.1mIu/mL患者PESA穿刺阳性率高于FSH>11.1mIu/mL患者（p<0.01）;睾丸体积≥12mL且FSH≤11.1mIu/mL患者PESA穿刺阳性率92.0%。结论穿刺成功率与睾丸体积、FSH含量有关

其安全、微创、操作简单、效果良好、副反应少

在临床应用上具有广阔前景。

Abstract

Objective To probe into the diagnostic value of percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration（PESA） in patients with obstructive azoospermia.Method 94 patients with obstructive azoospermia were given diagnostic puncture with PESA and effects of the puncture were observed.The PESA puncture with patients who had sperm was positive.Results Positive rate of PESA puncture in patients with obstructive azoospermia was 77.7% and the positive rate of PESA puncture in patients with testis volume ≥12 mL was higher than that in patients with testis volume <12 mL（p<0.01）;the positive rate of PESA puncture in patients with FSH ≤11.1 mIu/mL was higher than that in patients with FSH>11.1 mIu/mL（p<0.01）;the positive rate of PESA puncture in patients with testis volume ≥12 mL and FSH≤11.1 mIu/mL was 92.0%.Conclusion The success rate of puncture is relevant to the testis volume and the content of FSH.The puncture is safe

minimally invasive

easy to operate

effective and has few side reactions

which has a broad prospect in clinical applications.
