This article reviews the prevention and control of Influenza A（H1N1） at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In the period since September 2009 till January 2010

1153 fever cases were detected

of which 498 received treatment in isolation.The epidemic was under control owing to such preventative and control measures as the priority given by administration officials

clear and specific assignments

sound emergency countermeasures and operational systems

effective education on prevention and control

excellent disease monitoring and reporting system

establishment of fever outpatient clinic and isolated observation zone.The article is intended to explore sound preventative and control strategies against Influenza A（H1N1）

so as to provide references for the planning and implementation of relevant countermeasures in universities.
