摘要

目的了解医药类大学生时间管理倾向状况及其与考试焦虑间的相关性。方法采用青少年时间管理倾向量表及中文版Sarason考试焦虑量表对422名在校大学生进行调查。结果不同性别、是否接受过贫困贷款、补助或救助在时间管理倾向部分维度或总分上的差异有统计学意义（P<0.05或P<0.01）;时间效能感与中度、高度考试焦虑呈负相关（P<0.05）;时间监控观、时间效能感、时间管理倾向总分与考试焦虑总分呈负相关（P<0.01）。结论医药类大学生时间管理倾向与考试焦虑具有相关性。可通过开展时间管理教育、培训降低考试焦虑

提高学业成绩。

Abstract

Objective To explore the tendency of time management and its relation with test anxiety in university students majoring in pharmacology.Method 422 university students were investigated with adolescence time management tendency scale and the Chinese version of Sarason test anxiety scale.Results As for partial dimensions or the total score of time management disposition

differences in gender and the reception of poverty loan

subsidy or assistance were statistically significant（P<0.05 or P<0.01）;time efficacy was negatively correlated with medium and high test anxiety（P<0.05）;the total score of time monitoring view

time efficacy and time management tendency was negatively correlated with the total score of test anxiety（P<0.01）.Results Time management tendency is related to test anxiety in university students majoring in pharmacology.It is reasonable to promote time management education and to reduce test anxiety by training so as to improve their academic achievements.
