摘要

随着2010年人才就业统计数据的完成以及教育部2010年对当前大学生就业难问题的回应

大学生职业生涯规划再次成为在校学生和高校管理者谈论和思考的热点话题。本文就当前大学生职业生涯规划的研究现状做了梳理

并在此基础上对大学生职业生涯规划未来的研究趋向进行了探索

希冀对高等教育改革提供借鉴。

Abstract

With the completion of the collection of 2010 talent employment data and the response of the Ministry of Education to the low employment of college students

college students’ career planning again becomes the focus of attention by college students and higher education administrators.This article is intended to make an overview of the current researches on college students’ career planning and to explore the research tendency in this area

aiming to provide references for potential reforms in higher education.
