Objective To explore the effect of LJPS on blood lipids and blood glucose.Method To raise hyperlipemia mice by feeding on high fat forage for 10 days

and to raise big hyperglycemia mice ones by intravenous injection 70 mg/kg alloxan.Then rinseing their stomachs with solution of LJPS 250 mg/kg

500 mg/kg

1 000 mg/kg respectively

compared with a contrast group with equal volume of distilled water.TG

and blood sugar before and after the experiment were detected.Results The post-experiment TG

TC value of different dosage LJPS group were lower than that of the contrast group

and the difference proved to be of statistical significance（P<0.01）.The value of TG

TC of different dosage in LJPS group were lower than that before the experiment（P<0.05）.The blood sugar of the contrast group was higher after the experiment（P<0.05）.Conclusion LJPS has obvious effect on decreasing blood lipids and glucose of big mice.
