摘要

目的探讨孕妇人工流产与TORCH感染的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法对1200例妇女进行血清TORCH病原体IgM抗体检测。结果无流产史孕妇TORCH各病原体IgM阳性率为0.98%～2.00%;有人流史者TORCH各病原体IgM阳性率为2.70%～12.60%;有人流史孕妇TOX、RUV、CMV、HSV-I的IgM阳性率高于无人工流产史孕妇

差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。TORCH各病原体IgM阳性率随人流次数增加而增加

≥3次者各病原体IgM阳性率明显升高。结论人工流产是TORCH感染的重要因素。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the relation between pregrant women’ the abortion surgery and TORCH infection.Method ELISA was applied to test TORCH-IgM of 1 200 pregrancy women.Results To pregnant woman without abortion history

every TORCH-IgM infected positive percentage increase outstandingly.Conclusions Abortion surgery is the important factors causing TORCH infections.
