Objective To study the nursing or primary dysmenorrheal of girls in high vocational school.Method The questionair survey was done among 789 girls.Their dysmenorrheal status

psychological state

lifestyle and exercise habit were investigated

and nursing was done.Results There were 378 girls suffering primary dysmenorrhea;the ineidence was 47.91%

of whom

26.94% liked cold-drink

15.08% liked spicy food

14.02% developed bad hygienic habit

11.11% spent more than 30 min in exercises

and 16.93% feared the menstru ation.Through the effective nursing

54.5% cases didn’t suffer dysmenorrhea any more.Conclusion It suggests that effective nursing measures could be taken to relieve their dysmenorrhea based on a survey of their lifestyle

sports and psychology.
