Objective To understand the reproductive health status of the married women in the countyside

to provide evidence of healthy work for the married women in the countyside.Method To analyse statistically 4 839 cases of gynecological census data for the married women in the countyside.Results The detection rate of gynecological diseases are over 74.31%.The first four diseases are the cervical

breast diseases

vaginitis and pelvic inflammatory disease

and the detection rates are 23.06%

20.83%

12.96% and 11.82% respectively.With the increase in pregnancies

the detection rate of gynecological diseases are being increased.Conclusion For gynecological diseases in a high detection rate of married women in the countyside

The propaganda and education on reproductive health knowledge to the married women in the countyside should be strenghtened.So as to enhance the self-care awareness

and promote reproductive health.
