现代护理越来越强调人性化管理与人文护理

口腔科门诊病人在护理过程中也需要提供富有特色的人性化管理与人文护理。本文认为可以通过创造良好的软硬诊疗环境、建立融洽的医护患三方合作关系、实施个性化健康教育等对病人进行人性化管理;同时通过区别护理、积极有效的沟通、严格的消毒隔离制度对病人进行人文护理。

Modern nursing has been attaching greater importance on humanized management and humare care

including in the department of stomatology.Humanized management contains good medical environment

cooperation among doctors

nurses and patients

as well as the personalized health education.And Humane care means respective nursing

effective communication and strict disinfection & isolation system.
