摘要

目的探讨汶川地震应激状态下大学生的心理健康状况。方法采用简易应对方式量表和状态—特质焦虑量表对重庆572名大学生进行调查。结果重庆大学生在汶川地震后2周内

状态焦虑水平都显著高于以往大学生群体;应对方式与状态、特质焦虑之间存在着显著相关

且应对方式对状态—特质焦虑具有良好的预测作用。结论汶川地震应激状态下重庆大学生明显感受到更多焦虑

应引起重视

应在大学生中积极开展有针对性的危机干预教育。

Abstract

Objective To identify the college students’ mental health in the Wenchuan seismic stress state.Method By using simplified coping style questionnaire and state-trait anxiety Inventory

572 college students were investigated.Results Two weeks after the earthquake

Chongqing college students’ state anxiety was evidently higher than university students before

and their coping style had a negative correlation with state anxiety and trait anxiety.The regression analyzing showed the coping style could well predict the state-trait anxiety.Conclusion Chongqing college students clearly felt more anxiety in the Wenchuan seismic stress state

and they should receive active targeted crisis intervention education.
