Objective To investigate the influence of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP） on perinate prognosis.Method 30 maternity patients were collected as a ICP group

and 48 normal maternity patients were as a control gronp.The rates of fetal distress

the newborn pneumonia

the premature delivery were compared between the two groups.Results In ICP group

the premature delivery respectively is 43.33%、26.67%、10.00%、26.67%

And the rates are 6.25%

2.08%

4.17% respectively in the control group.All differences are statistially significant（P>0.05）.Conclusion ICP may cause the fetal distress

fecal contamination of the amniotic fluid

the newborn suffocation or the premature delivery.
