we will attribute the cause of disharmonic doctor-patient relation to the primitive social facts and the derived social facts

the former including the government’s unreasonable reform of the medical system and the lack of relevant social norms in transition of soceity

while the latter including the quality of medical services

the drive of the media and the patients with high expectations.According to the causes we will propose the relevant countermeasures.
