Abstract

The author first analyzes the epidemic situation of tuberculosis and its epidemic characteristics in China

then introduces the progress in pharmacotherapy for tuberculosis.It emphasizes on giving priority to prevention to control tuberculosis.And standardized management of tuberculosis patients plays a key role in the prevention.It is suggested that the staff from basic organizations enhance sense of responsibility to publicize epidemic prevention and to popularize prevention knowledge of tuberculosis.
