Objective To discuss the relationship of interpersonal trust and psychological health in graduate from minority nationality college.Method 225 graduates from minority nationality college were assessed with interpersonal trust scales and SCL-90.Results The total score of interpersonal trust scales in graduate from minority nationality college was（79.04±8.87）（p<0.01）

which was significantly higher than that averge value（75）.Graduate interpersonal trust had significantly positive relation with psychological health.The scores of interpersonal trust had significantly positive correlation with total score and sub-scores of in graduate from minority nationality college（p<0.01）.The score of interpersonal trust scales in graduate from minority nationality college with psychological problems was significantly lower than that in graduate without psychological problems（p<0.01）.Conclusion Interpersonal trust is the important factor influencing psychological health in graduate

thus raising interpersonal trust may improve interpersonal relationship and interpersonal level.
