Objectives To make a researching inquiry to the inpatients with coronary disease about the status of the risk factors KAP

for the treatment and prevention.Method According to the KABP Model of Health Education and the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model

60 confirmed patients with coronary disease were investigated by the assessment.Results Knowledge and practice are not integrated.The patients have hazy or even wrong comprehension about the mainly dangerous factors of coronary disease.The related knowledge of the patients about coronary disease is positively correlated to the education.Conclusion Health Education has far-reaching significance in the secondary preventive measure of coronary disease.To take diversified and strongly focused Health Education measures according to different age and education of patients is the key point of the effect of Health Education.
