developing and objective view of function orientation of health work should be held in order to meet the national demands for health work of higher education

focusing on the precautious health care and medical treatment to insure the healthiness of students and faculty.The good relationships with the superior education administration department

health management department and the local government should be maintained and coordinated

so as to solve the main problems in the health care management

in an efficient and sustaining way

making the development of the health care work faster and healthier.
