摘要

目的探讨褥疮新疗法的应用及其效果。方法对2004年5月-2007年5月收治的28例Ⅲ期褥疮患者分为试验组与对照组。试验组用金因肽+75%酒精湿化氧疗+红外线照射的新方法进行褥疮的治疗

对照组采用庆大霉素外敷常规方法治疗。结果试验组的有效率为87.50%

对照组为52.63%

两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.78

p<0.01）;愈合时间试验组为（15.95±4.43）d

对照组为（25.67±2.76）d

两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=9.55

p<0.01）。结论金因肽+75%酒精湿化氧疗+红外线照射治疗Ⅲ期褥疮的临床效果显著

优于传统的庆大霉素外敷常规方法。

Abstract

Objective To explore of application and effection in new theraphy of bedsore.Method From May 2004 to May 2007

all 28 cases of three stage bedsore were divided into two groups.The experiment group were treated by jinyintai

75% alcohol humidification oxygen therapy and infrared radiation.The control group were tredted by apply gentamin.Results The effective rate of experiment group is 87.5%.The rate of Control group is 52.63%.The difference is statistical significance（χ2 =15.78

p<0.01）.The agglutination time of experiment group is（15.95±4.43）d

the time of control group is（25.67±2.76）d.The difference is significant（t=9.55

p<0.01）.Conclusion Jinyintai

75% alcohol humidification oxygen therapy and infrared radiation is advantage than apply gentamin on treating three stage bedsore.
