本文根据高校医患关系的特点

阐述了高校医患关系不和谐的表现

分析其原因

提出改善和调适医患关系的对策

强调高校医生要有"为师意识"。

Abstract

According to the doctor-patient relations in college clinic

this paper describes the phenomena of non-harmonious doctor-patient relations and analyze the cause. The counter-measures to improve and adjust doctor-patient relations are proposed. The idea that the doctors should have the"Teacher Awareness" is emphasized.
