magnesium and copper in the bodies of small children

Zn

Ca

Mg

Cu and Pb was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer in blood from the fingers of 126 children aged 0～7 years in locations.The results show that main defections in their bodies are iron（71.40 %）

zinc（44.4 %）

and calcium（38.9 %）.The deficiency iron and zinc in 0-3 years old was higher then that in 4～7 years.Girls were prone to be short of iron（p<0.05）.This was a significant deviation.The blood lead is 52.57 μg/L.To prevent from developing the deficiency or excess of trace elements and microelements.It is necessary for children that they are supplied with those elements reasonably according to different age and different gender.
