The people whom a college hospital serves are a special group

professors and college students. They have been or are being well educated with high level of culture and knowledge

so their self-esteems are very easy to be wounded if our nursing care is not good enough. As the college administration has been turned to pay its attention to teachers and students

the traditional nursing care system in our hospital is no longer suitable for the reform

so we put forward a new nursing system during the nursing practice that is’take teachers and students as gods

and serve them warmly and honestly’. In order to make the goal come true

we have asked our nurses not only to prompt their own knowledge level through training and study

but also enhance the idea that to serve the patients well is a nurse’s essential work. We also made corresponding rules to assure the reform. Now the satisfaction ratio has been promoted to a high level.
