摘要

目的建立测定水杨柳提取物中水柳皂苷的高效液相色谱法。方法采用RP-HPLC法，色谱柱为HYPERSILBDS-C

色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流动相为乙腈∶水=75∶25；流速为1.0 ml/min；检测波长为203 nm；柱温为30 ℃；柱压为10.0 MPa。结果该方法的线性范围为5～500 μg/ml(r=0.999 8)；平均加样回收率为99.44%，RSD为0.52%（n=15）。结论该方法重现性好，精密度高，可用于水杨柳药材及其制剂的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective To develop a HPLC method for determining the content of riparsaponin in Homonoia riparia Lour. Methods The determination was performed on the HYPERSILBDS-C

(200 mm×4.6 mm

5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (75∶25) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm

the column temperature was 30 ℃， and the column pressure was 10.0 MPa. Results There was a good linear relationship for riparsaponin over the ranges of 5 to 500 μg/ml (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.44%

and RSD was 0.52% (n=15). Conclusion The method has good reproducibility and high precision. It can be applied in quality control of Homonoia riparia Lour.
