but no significant difference was found between the patients in remission of lymphocytic malignant tumor and healthy adults (P0.05). Wnt5a protein expressed in healthy adults

but not in lymphocytic malignant tumor.     Conclusion    The expression of Wnt5a gene decreased during the development of lymphocytic malignant tumor and restored in the remission of lymphocytic malignant tumor. Our results indicate that lymphocytic malignant tumor may correlate with the decreasing or loss of Wnt5a mRNA expression. Wnt5a gene could be one of the indices for diagnosis and therapy of lymphocytic malignant tumor.
