摘要

目的探讨乳腺癌动态增强磁共振成像（dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging

DCE-MRI）的表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的22例乳腺癌患者的MRI资料，总结乳腺癌的DCEMRI表现。病例在术前均行MRI平扫及动态增强扫描。结果 21个病灶有毛刺征象；16个病灶呈边缘强化，6个病灶表现为整体不均匀强化。最大信号强度投影法（MIP）像上17个病灶周边可见粗大扭曲的或细小密集的血管影。时间信号强度曲线上，15个病灶呈Ⅲ型曲线，7个表现为Ⅱ型曲线。结论乳腺癌的DCE-MRI特征性表现有毛刺征、边缘强化及Ⅲ型曲线，DCE-MRI对乳腺癌的诊断有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI findings and their diagnostic value for breast carcinoma. Methods Dynamic enhanced MR images of 22 females with breast cancer

verified histopathologically were retrospectively reviewed. The dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging features of breast cancer were summarized. Results Twenty-one lesions of spiculated margin

16 lesions of peripheral enhancement

6 lesions of inhomogeneous enhancement were found in dynamic MRI. Thick or thin serried blood vessels around the lesions were detected in 17 cases according to MIP images. Fifteen cases of type Ⅲ SI-Time curve and 7 cases of type Ⅱ SI-Time curve were also detected. Conclusion The dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging

is clinically useful in diagnosing breast cancer.
