摘要

目的探讨半胱氨酰白三烯受体（cysteinyl leukotriene receptor， CysLTR）在不同表皮肿瘤中的表达意义。方法选择鳞状细胞癌、基底细胞癌、Bowen病、脂溢性角化病各15例，正常皮肤10例，应用免疫组织化学方法观察肿瘤细胞中半胱氨酰白三烯受体的表达。结果与正常皮肤相比，半胱氨酰白三烯受体在鳞状细胞癌、基底细胞癌中的表达上调（P0.05)，而在Bowen病及脂溢性角化病与正常皮肤近似（P0.05）。半胱氨酰白三烯两型受体在同一组织中的表达无显著性差异（P0.05）。结论半胱氨酰白三烯受体的高表达可能在表皮细胞的异常增殖中发挥一定的作用。

Abstract

Objective To study the expression of cysteinyl leukotriene receptor (CysLTR) in different epidermal tumors and its significance. Methods The expression of cysteinyl leukotriene receptor was detected by immunohistochemical technique in skin specimens of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC

n=15)

basal cell carcinoma (BCC

n=15)

Bowen’s disease (BD

n=15)

seborrheic keratosis (SK

n=15)

Bowenoid papulosis (BP

n=15) and of 10 normal volunteers. Results As compared with normal epidermal cells

cysteinyl leukotriene receptor expression was significantly increased in SCC and BCC cells (P0.05) and similar in BD and SK cells (P0.05). CysLTR1 and CysLTR2 expressed without statistical difference in each skin specimen of any kind mentioned above. Conclusion The upregulated expression of cysteinyl leukotriene receptor may play a potential role in proliferation of epidermal cells.
