摘要

目的探讨热休克蛋白（heat shock protein 60，HSP60）在结直肠癌患者血清和粪便中的表达及其对结直肠癌的诊断价值。方法采用间接ELISA法，检测40例结直肠癌患者及相应正常对照的血清及粪便中HSP60表达。结果 HSP60在结直肠癌患者血清及粪便中较正常对照明显增高（P0.05），且粪便浓度高于血清（P0.05）;结直肠癌患者粪便中HSP60含量与不同肿瘤浸润期及远处转移期有关（P0.05），并在肿块型直肠癌中明显增高（P0.05）。结论 HSP60在结直肠癌患者的血清、粪便中异常高表达。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the expressions of human heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) in serum and stool of colorectal cancer patients. Methods HSP60 was detected by indirect ELISA method in serum and stool samples from 20 normal controls and 40 pathologically proved colorectal cancer patients before operation. Results Compared with normal control

HSP60 increased significantly (P0.05) in serum and stool samples of colorectal cancer patients. HSP60 in stool samples of colorectal cancer patients was different in the cases of different types of colorectal cancer(P0.05)

of colorectal cancer. Conclusion HSP60 is overexpressed in serum and stool samples of colorectal cancer patients.
