Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive intervention on anxiety，depression self-care ability in patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis. Methods 108 patients with liver cancer and cirrhosis admitted by the infectious diseases Department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects，and according to different nursing programs，they were divided into control group (routine intervention) with 50 cases and observation group (comprehensive intervention) with 58 cases. The behaviors of compliance with doctor's advice，anxiety and depression，pain，self-care ability，social support between the two groups were compared，and the satisfaction with the intervention model of the two groups of patients was compared. Results After the intervention，the rate of taking medicine on time，regular reexamination，reasonable diet，quitting smoking and drinking，and regular work and rest in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P < 0.05）； after the intervention，the SAS，SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05) ； ESCA score and SSRS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05)； the intervention satisfaction of the observation group (100.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.00%) (P < 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention could improve the anxiety and depression of patients with liver cancer complicated with liver cirrhosis，reduce the pain ，improve the compliance rate with medical advice，self-care ability and social support of patients，which was more readily accepted by patients and their families.
