Immunotherapy has emerged as a research hotspot in the field of hematological tumor treatment in recent years. With advancements in genetic engineering and molecular biology

and a deeper understanding of tumor pathogenesis

Chimeric Antigen Re⁃ ceptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy has found widespread application in clinical practice. CAR-T cell therapy has shown remarkable effi⁃ cacy in treating refractory and relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia

refractory aggressive lymphoma

and multiple myeloma

greatly improving patient prognosis. Despite these wonderful clinical outcomes

there still exist many patients couldn’t get continuous remis⁃ sion or show no responses to CAR-T therapy. Additionally

cytokine release syndrome (CRS) is the most significant and life-threatening toxicity which needs more clinical experiences. The researches CAR-NK and CAR-M are new techniques based on the CAR-T cell treatment

but still needs more efforts to make car therapy safer and more efficient. All above may guide new challenges and important discoveries in immunotherapy of hematological malignancies.This article reviewed the application of CAR-T Cell therapy in the treat⁃ ment of refractory and recurrent hematological tumors

and looked forward to its development prospects.
