摘要

近年来，越来越多的创新性治疗技术和材料应用于糖尿病创面的治疗。创面敷料在糖尿病创面治疗的发展中不断优化。其中，水凝胶敷料具有保湿性、生物相容性和理化性能可调控等优点，成为最具发展前景的创面敷料之一。随着对糖尿病创面难愈机制的深入研究，功能性水凝胶敷料成为研究热点，进一步促进了创面治疗方法的改善。故本文重点综述干细胞疗法/外泌体疗法、药物疗法、纳米技术以及其他热点疗法联合水凝胶敷料的治疗在糖尿病创面愈合方面的新进展。

Abstract

In recent years

more and more innovative technologies and methods merged in the treatment of diabetic wound. Wound dressings were applied and continuously optimized in the development of diabetic wound therapy. Among them

hydrogel dressings had the advantages of moisturizing

biocompatibility

and controllable physical and chemical properties

and thus had become one of the most promising wound dressings. With the in-depth study of the mechanism of diabetic wound healing

functional hydrogel dressings had become a hotspot in promoting the healing of diabetic wound clinically. So

in this paper

we focused on summarizing the new progress of stem-cell therapy / exosome therapy

drug therapy

nanotechnology and other hotspot therapies combined with hydrogel dressings in diabetic wound healing.
