Research progress of ultrasound-based radiomics in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer
Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that is common in women. Accurate diagnosis and early intervention remain hot topics in the field. Radiomics is an innovative approach characterized by extracting high-throughput quantitative features from single or multiple medical imaging modalities
constructing predictive models
and identifying image features that can not be recognized by human eyes
in order to predict tumor aggressiveness and patient outcome. Ultrasound-based radiomics plays an important role in the benign and malignant diagnosis of breast lesions
prediction of classification
staging
lymph node metastasis
evaluation of molecular receptors
and treatment efficacy. This paper reviewed the progress of ultrasound-based radiomics in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer
in hopes of providing a reference for early diagnosis and clinical treatment of breast cancer.
