摘要

2019 冠状病毒病（coronavirus disease 2019，COVID‐19）的大流行引发了全球公共卫生危机。其中COVID‐19相关的心血管并发症受到了广泛关注。对COVID‐19患者心血管损伤的及时精准诊断和有效干预治疗以及后续长周期管理对该类患者的短期和长期预后至关重要。适当而又充分的应用包括超声心动图等在内的医学影像技术，能够在COVID-19相关心血管并发症早期系统性诊断中发挥关键作用。本文系统述评了各种心脏影像技术在诊断和评估COVID-19心血管并发症的临床应用现状与价值。

Abstract

The pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID‐19） has triggered a global public health crisis

and the cardiovascular system complications caused by COVID-19 virus infection have attracted widespread attention. Timely and accurate diagnosis

effective intervention treatment

and subsequent long-term management of cardiovascular injuries in COVID-19 patients are crucial for short-term and long-term prognosis. The appropriate and sufficient use of medical imaging techniques

including echocardiography

plays a key role in the early systemic diagnosis of COVID-19-related cardiovascular complications. This article systematically reviews the current clinical applications and value of various cardiac imaging techniques in the diagnosis and assessment of COVID-19 cardiovascular complications.
