摘要

子宫内膜在激素的作用下发生增殖期、分泌期及月经期的周期性变化，个体之间存在一定的异质性，因此，对子宫内膜的生理变化和相关疾病的病理过程的体内研究是一个挑战。类器官的最新研究进展提示它可以反映相应器官的特征，包括疾病不同阶段的形态、功能和个性化特征。本文就子宫内膜类器官的研究进展进行了综述，旨在为子宫内膜类器官应用于子宫内膜相关疾病的研究提供新的思路。

Abstract

The endometrium undergoes cyclical changes in the proliferation，secretion，and menstrual phase under the action of hormones，and there is a certain degree of heterogeneity among individuals.Therefore，it is challenging to identify the physiological changes of the endometrium and the pathological process of related diseases in vivo.Recent advances in organoids could display the characteristics of corresponding organs，involving the morphological，functional，and personalized features at different stages of dis⁃ eases.This paper reviewed the research progress of endometrial organoids，in order to provide new ideas for the application of organ⁃ oids in the research of endometrial related diseases.
