摘要

胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease，GERD）是一种常见的消化系统疾病，它不仅影响患者健康生活质量，而且增加患者食管炎、食管狭窄、Barrett 食管和食管腺癌的发病风险，因此，GERD 诊治非常重要。GERD 临床表现多种多样，其准确诊断常需要结合症状及相关检查的客观结果。GERD患者病情不同，其治疗措施各异。本文着重介绍GERD诊断手段及治疗方法的相关研究进展。

Abstract

Gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD） is a common gastrointestinal disease. GERD can influence patients' health-related quality of life and is associated with an increased risk of esophagitis，esophageal strictures，Barrett esophagus，and esophageal adenocarcinoma. Therefore，the diagnosis and treatment of GERD is very important. The clinical manifestations of GERD are diverse. The accurate diagnosis of GERD often needs to be combined with the symptoms of GERD and the objective results of relat-ed examinations. Different patients with GERD need diverse treatment. This paper focuses on the research progress of diagnosis and treatment of GERD.
