摘要

消化系统疾病十分庞杂，与人类的健康密切相关。在2021年，相关领域取得了重大进展并且达成了新的专家共识。因此，我们就几个热门的研究领域进行了相关述评，包括：幽门螺旋杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）、功能性胃肠病（functional gastrointestinal disease，FGD）、非酒精性脂肪性肝病（nonalcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）、炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）和急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）等。除此之外，相关热点还包括消化道内镜治疗和免疫治疗、肠道微生态等，也值得我们的关注。最后，我们希望本述评能够起到抛砖引玉的作用，给大家带来一些启发。

Abstract

Digestive system diseases are highly diverse and closely associated with human health. In 2021， significant progress and new expert consensus have been made in the study of digestive system diseases. Here， we review the extensively studied areas such as Helicobacter pylori， functional gastrointestinal disease， non-alcoholic fatty liver disease， inflammatory bowel disease and acute pancreatitis. Other research hotspots include gastrointestinal endoscopy and immunotherapy， microbiome，etc.，which also deserve our attention. We hope that this review will provide insights into research in these areas.
