Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 mainly causes respiratory tract and lung infec⁃tions，it is named novel coronavirus pneumonia in China and coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19）by WHO. The virus can also cause damages to the brain，heart，gastrointestinal tract，liver and kidney，and other organs，thus leading to the corresponding clinical and imaging manifestations. This article is a review of the clinical and imaging manifestations of COVID-19 in terms of damages to the extrapulmonary organs such as the nervous system，heart， kidney，and gastrointestinal tract，aiming to improve the knowledge of the imaging manifestations of the disease.
