摘要

凝结芽胞杆菌（Bacilluscoagulans）是一种能够产生芽孢的益生菌，由于稳定性好，在医药、食品、化工等方面具有较广泛应用。动物毒理试验和大量临床观察显示，凝结芽胞杆菌具有安全性良好、无毒副作用等优点。近年的研究显示，凝结芽胞杆菌通过改善微生态、调节机体免疫，对胃肠道疾病如急性腹泻、肠易激综合征、抗生素相关性腹泻、便秘等均有一定的治疗效果。

Abstract

Bacillus coagulans is a type of probiotics that can produce endospores

and it is widely used in the fields of medicine

food

and chemical industry due to its high stability. A large number of toxicological tests and clin⁃ical observations have shown that B. coagulans has the advantages of good safety non-toxic side effeds and so on. Re⁃cent studies have shown that B. coagulans exerts a certain therapeutic effects on gastrointestinal diseases such as acute diarrhea

irritable bowel syndrome

antibiotic-associated diarrhea

and constipation by improving microecology and regulating immunity.
