摘要

目的

探讨基于核心胜任力的进展性案例教学法在护士规范化培训中的应用效果。

方法

选取2020年6月至2022年6月轮转神经外科的63名护理规培生作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组（

=31）和对照组（

=32）。试验组采用基于核心胜任力的进展性案例教学法，对照组采用常规带教模式。采用SPSS 26.0进行数据分析，根据数据是否正态性，采用

检验或非参数检验对比两组出科理论成绩、客观结构化临床考核（objective structure clinical examination，OSCE）成绩，核心胜任力、自主学习能力得分，以及教学满意度、患者满意度。

结果

试验组理论成绩（

=4.74，

0.001）、OSCE成绩（

=3.81，

0.001）优于对照组；试验组核心胜任力各维度得分及自主学习能力得分（

=4.32，

0.001）优于对照组；试验组教学满意度得分（

=2.21，

=0.044）及患者满意度得分（

=2.92，

=0.011）均优于对照组。

结论

基于核心胜任力的进展性案例教学法可以提升护理规培生的综合能力，提高教学满意度及患者满意度，值得在后续教学活动中开展。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the application effect of progressive case teaching method based on core competency in standardized nursing training.

Methods

A total of 63 nursing students rotated in department of neurosurgery from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomized into experimental group (

=31) and control group (

=32). The experimental group adopted the progressive case teaching method based on core competency

and the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 to conduct

-test or non-parametric test based on the data normality for comparing the theory results

Results

The theoretical results (

0.001) of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The scores of core competency and autonomous learning ability (

0.001) of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. The teaching satisfaction score (

=0.044) and patient satisfaction score (

=0.011) of the observation group were better than those of the control group.

Conclusion

The progressive case teaching method based on core competency can improve the post competency of nurses

and also improve the teaching satisfaction rate and patient satisfaction rate

which is worthy of being carried out in the subsequent teaching activities.
