摘要

培养学生自主学习、独立思考和自我管理能力是当代教师的职责。本文梳理自主学习对于培养具备前沿医学知识和前瞻性学习能力的医学生的重要意义，重点从策略及评价等方面解读培养医学生自主学习能力的方法和思路，尝试为自主学习教学法在医学生培养中的应用提供启示和借鉴。

Abstract

It's the duty of contemporary teachers to cultivate students' independent learning

independent thinking

and self-management ability. This paper reviews the significance of independent learning for cultivating medical students with forward-looking learning ability and cutting-edge medical knowledge. It focuses on the strategies and ideas of cultivating medical students' independent learning ability from the aspects of strategy and evaluation

and tries to provide inspiration and reference for the application of independent learning teaching method in the cultivation of medical students.
