摘要

当前，临床药师教学对象呈现出多样化的发展趋势，由以往面向高校学生逐渐转变为包含临床药师培训师资等在内的复杂教学群体。传统带教模式无法做到针对不同群体有的放矢，教学质量无法保证的同时也加重了临床药师的负担。本文通过分析不同教学对象的特点，对不同群体进行能级划分并提出个体化的药学服务要求。相比传统带教模式，分级带教模式使得教学更加具有针对性，也能减轻带教教师的教学负担，对临床药学的人才培养具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract

At present

the teaching objects of clinical pharmacists have gradually changed from merely university students to complex and diverse groups including clinical pharmacist interns and others. However

the traditional teaching model cannot be tailored to different groups. In addition

it increases the burden of clinical pharmacists while not ensuring teaching quality. This study aims to classify teaching objects according to their characteristics

so as to provide individualized knowledge and service. Compared with the traditional way of teaching

this new method may make teaching more relevant and reduces the teaching load of teachers

which is of great significance to the training of clinical pharmacy personnel.
