摘要

目的：了解该院附子的使用情况，分析该院附子的常用剂量及与《中华人民共和国药典：一部》（以下简称“药典”）相比超剂量使用的比例。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，统计2020—2021年该院使用附子的所有中药处方。对患者的性别、年龄，每张中药处方使用的中药味数、方法、所用附子的剂量、与附子常用的配伍，以及常用的证型等相关资料进行统计分析。结果：共纳入15 882张含附子的中药处方；大多为女性患者；附子使用剂量为药典规定的3～15 g的处方有15 016张，占94.55%;单张处方的中药味数多集中于7～15味，有11 724张（占73.82%）;单张处方开具的剂数为1～7剂的处方有9 308张（占58.61%）

单张处方开具的剂数在30剂以内的处方共15 638张（占98.46%）;与附子联合使用频率最高的中药为当归。结论：该院中药处方中附子的使用剂量整体符合药典规定，无生附子的使用记录，附子常与其他药材配伍使用。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of aconiti lateralis radix praeparata

and to analyze the common dosage of aconiti lateralis radix praeparata and the proportion of off-label use compared with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia: Part I（hereinafter referred to as “pharmacopoeia”）. METHODS: Retrospective analysis method was used to count all traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of aconiti lateralis radix praeparata in the hospital from 2020 to 2021. Gender

and commonly used syndrome types were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 15 882 prescriptions containing aconiti lateralis radix praeparata were included. Most of the patients were females. The prescriptions with the dose range of 3 to 15 g accounted for 94.55%（15 016 prescriptions） of the total prescriptions. The number of traditional Chinese medicine in a single prescription was mainly 7 to 15

totally 11 724 prescriptions（73.82%）. There were 9 308 prescriptions（58.61%） with 1 to 7 doses prescribed in a single prescription

and 15 638 prescriptions（98.46%） with 30 or fewer doses prescribed in a single prescription. The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine in combination with aconiti lateralis radix praeparata was angelicae sinensis. CONCLUSIONS: The dosage of aconiti lateralis radix praeparata in the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of the hospital was generally in line with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia

and there was no record for use of raw aconiti lateralis radix praeparata. Aconiti lateralis radix praeparata is often used in combination with other medicinal materials.
