摘要

目的：系统评价头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗妇产科感染的有效性和安全性。方法：检索the Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、中国知网及万方数据库，截至2021年6月，收集头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗妇产科感染的随机对照试验（RCT

观察组患者使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗，对照组患者使用头孢他啶治疗）。由2名研究者按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并进行方法学质量评价，采用RevMan 5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析，效应值为比值比（OR）及其95%CI。结果：最终纳入8篇RCT文献，共1 527例患者。Meta分析结果显示，观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组（OR=4.09

细菌清除率高于对照组（OR=2.48

组间差异均有统计学意义；观察组与对照组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（OR=0.69

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecological infections. METHODS: The Cochrane Library

Embase

CNKI and Wanfang Data till Jun. 2021 were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trial（RCT） of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecological infections（the observation group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam

while the control group received ceftazidime）. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria

data were extracted

and methodological quality was evaluated by two researchers. Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software

and the effect values were odds ratio（OR） and 95%CI. RESULTS: Eight RCT with a total of 1 527 patients were finally included in the literature. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（OR=4.09

and the bacterial clearance rate was higher than that of the control group（OR=2.48

the differences were statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group and control group（OR=0.69

P=0.08）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecological infections is significant with higher safety.
